Say hello to Amy, the mastermind behind Grazey For You Catering, where charcuterie isn’t just a fancy word; it’s a lifestyle. Amy’s not only out here curating delicious spreads, but she’s also bringing a unique twist to your event game with her mobile charcuterie cart—yes, you read that right, it’s a

So, let’s dive into the world of Grazey, charcuterie, and everything fabulous Palm Springs has to offer. Ready to be inspired? Let’s go!
The Journey to Charcuterie Queen
Amy’s path to creating Grazey For You wasn’t exactly a “straight line.” In fact, it was more like a winding road with a couple of roadblocks. It all started in Illinois at an Italian restaurant, where she discovered her love for cooking. But plot twist—she learned the hard way that the heat in kitchens wasn’t her friend. “I kept almost passing out in every kitchen I worked in. I thought my culinary dreams were over,” Amy laughs.
But then fate stepped in—cue the 90s nostalgia moment—Amy saw an ad in the newspaper (yep, that kind of old-school). It said, “Needed: Cold Kitchen Chefs.” And boom, the cold kitchen saved her career. She worked in a 50-degree kitchen for years, specializing in cold foods—hello, charcuterie—and here we are today.
Why Grazey For You?
We love a good name story, and Amy’s is chef’s kiss. “I knew I couldn’t go with ‘charcuterie’ in my business name—it’s a mouthful, and let’s be real, no one can spell it.” After some serious brainstorming, it came down to two options: “Grazey Train” or “Grazey For You.” After polling her friends, it was a no-brainer—Grazey For You won (and also, Amy’s been low-key humming that song ever since).
Palm Springs: The Vibe & The Move

Amy moved to Palm Springs in 2020 to be closer to her mom, who she wishes could’ve seen her build her dream business. “She would’ve been my biggest cheerleader,” Amy reflects. Still, Amy’s living the dream now in the Coachella Valley, serving up epic charcuterie boards and spreading love one spread at a time.
Event Tips for the PS Bachelorette Vibes
Planning a bachelorette weekend or a girls’ trip to Palm Springs? Amy’s got the tea. “Think outside the box for at least one of your activities. There are hundreds of things to do in PS, but most groups do the same 20 things.” So, how about a chill activity at your bougie Airbnb? Think yoga by the pool or a paint-and-sip party on the patio. Trust us, you won’t regret it.
Amy’s Charcuterie Faves
Now, let’s talk boards. “What’s my fave? I’m low-key obsessed with making vegan boards,” Amy shares. Recently, a client requested a vegan spread, and Amy totally delivered. “Vegan cheese has come a long way, though it’s a little pricey!” Her most requested, though? Classic charcuterie with all the cheeses, meats, and that perfect balance of salty and sweet.
Meet Queen G: The Charcuterie Cart of Your Dreams
Hold up—this is where the magic happens. Amy’s new mobile charcuterie cart, Queen G,
is ready to serve at weddings, bachelorette parties, and corporate events. And here’s the cool part: it’s interactive. Guests can build their own boards, which means no one has to wait in line for snacks—grab-and-go cups are also a thing! Bonus idea? Amy’s thinking of launching a Barkuterie cart for dog lovers at animal fundraisers. That’s right, a cart filled with dog treats. We stan creative.

A Memorable Event

Amy’s got a heartwarming story from when they first tested out the charcuterie cart on friends. “It was a blast! I’ve always wanted to create a business that got me out talking to people. Queen G is making that dream come true.” The cart is a hit, and Amy’s already booking events like a roundtable discussion for female business owners, birthday parties, and more. Stay tuned for charcuterie workshops where you can learn to make your own boards like a pro. Bachelorettes, consider yourselves
invited.
Amy’s Palm Springs Foodie Faves
A foodie like Amy can’t just keep it at charcuterie boards, so here’s where she’s eating in PS. “For groups, Lola Rose at The Thompson Hotel is a vibe. Great food and even better vibes. Canopy Wine Lounge is all about the chill atmosphere and top-tier service. Alana’s is another fave—it’s got amazing cocktails and small bites from a legendary local chef.” Palm Springs is a foodie paradise, and Amy’s just the person to help you navigate it.
PS is The Bachelorette Spot
Let’s wrap it up with some wise words from Amy: “There’s a reason Palm Springs is a top bachelorette destination. It’s got everything—vibes, food, fun, and let’s not forget the pictures—they’ll be fire.”

So, next time you’re planning a bachelorette weekend, birthday bash, or just a girls’ trip to Palm Springs, don’t forget to hit up Grazey For You for a charcuterie experience that will have you and your squad saying, “Can we get a Queen G for every event?”
